We’re a close-knit group of senior engineers, designers, and product leads who’ve worked together for years. No bench, no rotating juniors - the people you meet on day one are the ones who ship your product.
Why we started
We’ve all worked at larger firms where the same thing happens: experienced people sell the deal, then disappear. The client gets handed off to a team they’ve never met, and quality drops.
We built VeltroTechLabs to avoid that entirely. The people in your first meeting are the ones writing code, designing interfaces, and making architecture calls. They stay on your project until it’s done, and you talk to them directly - no account manager in between.
It’s a slower way to grow, and we’re fine with that. We’d rather be the team you recommend than the one you put up with.

A tight group of senior engineers, product designers, and technical leads who’ve shipped together across fintech, healthcare, logistics, and SaaS. No juniors learning on your dime, no rotating bench - the same people who architect your solution are the ones writing the code, reviewing PRs, and jumping on calls when something breaks.
We hire for depth and keep teams small on purpose. A three-person team that owns the whole system beats a fifteen-person team where nobody sees the full picture. When you need a specific expertise - say, a Kubernetes specialist or an ML engineer - we bring in a vetted senior contractor who works directly under our lead, not a layer of management.

Two-week sprints with working software in a staging environment at the end of each one. No status decks standing in for progress.
