Project engagements

Nothing on this site is a contractual offer. Every engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, price, timelines, warranties and liability.

Unless that agreement says otherwise:

• All intellectual property created for you transfers to you on payment
• Both parties keep the other's confidential information confidential
• Estimates given before discovery are indicative, not fixed quotes

Intellectual property on this site

The VeltroTechLabs name, logo, page content and code are owned by VeltroTechLabs. Client names and logos referenced in case studies remain the property of their owners and appear with permission.

Third-party links

We link to external sites we find useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VeltroTechLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
